A dynamic immigration team seeks an associate with 4–5 years of experience, ideally based in Austin, TX (other locations considered). Candidates should have a strong background in employment-based immigration, including H-1Bs, PERMs, I-140s, AOS, L-1s, and TNs, with a willingness to handle diverse immigration matters. Responsibilities include advising clients, preparing petitions and applications, and managing submissions to USCIS.
