We are seeking a mid-level associate for the Corporate/M&A practice of an AmLaw top 100 ranked law firm. Ideal candidates will be self-starters with excellent client management skills and strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school. Candidates should have 2-6 years of experience, including significant work on all aspects of M&A transactions such as private and public company buy and sell-side deals, document drafting, and due diligence.
