An associate with 2+ years of business and transactional experience is sought to join the Corporate M&A practice of an AmLaw Top 100 Ranked firm in Miami. The ideal candidate will have experience in M&A, joint ventures, and complex commercial transactions. Experience with Latin American corporate work is a plus. This role will focus on drafting and negotiating transactional documents, with opportunities to work directly with clients. Candidates must possess strong academic credentials, law firm experience, and excellent writing, drafting, and communication skills.
