A litigation associate is sought to join a thriving Intellectual Property practice with a focus on patent litigation. This role is available in several office locations: Chicago, Denver, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Washington D.C., or Wilmington. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of IP litigation experience, with preference given to those with a background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science. Federal judicial clerkship experience is highly valued. The position calls for excellent academic credentials, strong communication skills, and a collaborative, client-focused approach.
