A global law firm seeks an associate with 2–3 years of employment litigation experience to join its Chicago office. Candidates should have experience with trade secret and restrictive covenant matters, as well as complex employment disputes. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and briefs, supporting labor aspects of M&A transactions, conducting investigations, and handling litigation matters. Strong writing and research skills, a stellar academic record, Big Law experience, and Illinois Bar membership are required. Federal clerkship experience is a plus.
