We are looking for a Chicago-based commercial real estate associate with 2–4 years of experience. Ideal candidates will have a background in acquisitions, dispositions, title, and survey work. Experience with implementing AI software for managing and analyzing data room materials is strongly preferred. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and loan documents, reviewing title and survey documents, collaborating on intra-office transactions, and maintaining client relationships.
