An AmLaw top 100 Ranked firm is seeking an associate with three to five years of experience for their Restructuring & Insolvency group, with positions available in Miami or New York. Ideal candidates will have experience with in-court chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings. Bankruptcy clerkship experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should be self-starters, capable of taking on increasing responsibility, and work well in a culturally diverse, global team environment. Applicants must be admitted to the Florida or New York Bar. A cover letter, transcript, and resume should accompany the application.
