Our long-time client is a top firm (blah blah). I know, they all say that, but this one really is a top firm, with top talent and a great culture, and it's led by a close/old friend of our founder, Robert Kinney. Two very well regarded mid-level associates skilled in M&A are moving (voluntarily) to coastal offices of the firm, leaving a gap in the 3-5 year level. Work is steady, coming from several offices. If you join the Austin office of this firm you will be in the thick of extremely high quality deal work, working for great partners not just in Austin but also in Houston and other offices. You'll also be working at a humane place, where the lawyers (and staff) genuinely love their work.
