A respected regional law firm has asked Kinney Recruiting to source a Construction Law attorney for the firm's Philadelphia (downtown or northern suburbs) office. The ideal candidate would have both litigation and advisory experience representing builders, developers, and contractors in complex construction litigation disputes involving contract claims, insurance, surety, indemnification, and subrogation, and advisory matters involving business planning, project consulting, and contract negotiation. We are looking for an attorney with at least four years of law firm experience in construction law. Admission to the Pennsylvania bar is required.
