Kinney Recruiting is seeking to place a three to seven year associate with a globally recognized finance group. The ideal candidate would have strong securitization experience. The role focuses on CMBS and CRE CLO transactions, including preparing bid letters, negotiating confidentiality agreements, and drafting securitization documents such as pooling and servicing agreements and mortgage loan purchase agreements. Candidates should also have experience with commercial real estate repurchase facilities and warehouse lending.
