The role involves handling complex family disputes, including divorce, property division, alimony, child and spousal support, custody, domestic violence, and pre/post-nuptial agreements. Candidates should have courtroom experience, strong writing skills, and excellent academic credentials. Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required, and New Jersey Bar admission is preferred.
