Kinney Recruiting is seeking to place a Tax associate with 4–5 years of experience at a nationally recognized law firm. This role involves handling M&A and partnership tax issues, with a focus on private equity and fund-related matters. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and ideally an LL.M. in taxation (or be in the process of earning one). While law firm experience is preferred, candidates with relevant experience from large accounting firms will also be considered.
