A reputable Amlaw 100 firm is looking for an experienced labor and employment associate with 3-4 years of counseling experience to join its NY office. The ideal associate will advise clients in employment-related compliance, including worker classification, wage and hour, immigration, unions and collective bargaining, employment policies and handbooks, and equal opportunity laws. They will also draft employment agreements and separation agreements.The estimated salary range for this role is $225,000 - $420,000.
