Kinney Recruiting is working directly with an Am law firm client to find an associate with 4+ years of securities and capital markets experience to join their office in NY or Boston. Our client has a hybrid model with 60% in-office requirement. This position is ideal for an attorney who wants to be part of a more collaborative team with growth opportunities. Must have experience representing issuers and underwriters in capital markets ('33 Act) transactions and public companies in connection with '34 Act filings.
