A nationwide law firm is seeking a mid-level associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join its Employment and Labor Group in either Los Angeles or San Francisco. The position involves advising clients on employment law compliance, drafting and negotiating employment agreements and policies, and handling litigation in areas such as trade secrets, employee mobility, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and whistleblower cases.
