Kinney Recruiting is working with a highly reputable CA law firm to find a mid-level trust and estate litigation associate with 3-5 years of practice experience. This is a hybrid role and the position can sit in any of the firm's offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Rafael and Walnut Creek. This positions sits in the firm's Family Wealth Resolution & Disputes Practice Group. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, participating in dispute resolution processes, and providing legal counsel to clients. Prior experience working with trust and probate litigation is preferred, but not required. The annual base compensation for this California position is approximately $190,000 to $200,000.
