Kinney Recruiting is working with a national law firm to find a commercial litigation associate for its Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience. Must have have experience with all phases of complex commercial litigation including, but not limited to, experience conducting preliminary investigations and responding to discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, participating in mediation, drafting dispositive motions in state and federal court and extensive communication with clients. Must have excellent academic credentials and an active California bar license or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible The base compensation is $225,000 to $255,000.To apply, please send your reusume to [email protected]
