Kinney Recruiting is working with a regional law firm to find a health care attorney with at least 3 years of litigation experience and an interest in health care law to join its firm in California. The firm's health care clients primarily include health plans and hospitals. The ideal candidate with have a broad array of experience in health care legal matters, including health care regulatory and compliance matters, health care reimbursement, health care operations, health information privacy and security, Medi-Cal managed care, provider and vendor contracting, payer-provider disputes, and mergers and acquisitions.
