Kinney Recruiting is assisting a close client, an AmLaw 25 firm, with an unpublished search for mid-level litigation associates. (JD 2017-2019) The firm is well known for managing associate hours and being more focused on quality results for clients than billable hour churn. Associates should expect exposure to many aspects of both complex commercial litigation and white-collar defense. The ability and desire to handle substantive work are required as mid-levels at this firm routinely handled matters that most other large firms only allow partners to handle. The firm follows the new Cravath scale so successful candidates will be paid at the top of the market. The position is open in a number of locations including Chicago, D.C., and Los Angeles.
