Description
The Washington DC office of our client, a premiere AmLaw firm, seeks a financial restructuring associate with one to four years of experience. This is a nationally acclaimed practice working with the best and brightest lawyers. The client's DC practice is unique, and perhaps the only firm with such a practice, in that most DC FR practices are litigation heavy or exclusively litigation, and this role is pure transactional work. Candidates should have a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school and an equally impressive undergraduate degree, as well as large law firm experience and excellent references. Strong verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to excellence are also required.
