A leading Boston-based large firm is seeking a junior to mid-level intellectual property associate with a technical background in engineering (Ph.D. preferred). The ideal candidate should have experience in patent drafting, prosecution, IP due diligence, and FTO analyses. While not necessary, the firm prefers the candidate to have experience in high-tech patent litigation. Admission to the USPTO and the Massachusetts bar are required.
