Kinney Recruiting is working directly with a highly regarded global law firm to find experience corporate M&A/PE associates to join its office in San Francisco.Must be from the JD class years 2017 to 2020. The ideal candidate will advise corporate clients and private equity funds in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, other similar transactions and general corporate matters. The role is expected to have significant direct client contact and will offer a great opportunity for entrepreneurial associates to develop relationships with clients and manage matters with a high degree of independence. Must have excellent academic credentials and peer firm experience. Base compensation range for this position is between $310,000 and $420,000.
