A leading law firm is looking for an associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience in energy regulation to join its Energy Regulatory group within the Global Projects Department. The role includes:Advising on market-based rate issues, market design, generation interconnection, and transmission matters, along with administrative litigation.Handling compliance and enforcement cases before regulatory bodies like FERC and CFTC, including investigations, audits, and compliance.Supporting energy-related M&A and financing transactions.This position is ideal for candidates with strong regulatory backgrounds in the energy sector who are ready to work on complex, high-impact projects in a global practice setting.
