A prominent law firm is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of complex commercial litigation experience to join its Business Litigation practice in Dallas. The role involves handling a range of litigation matters for a national and international client base, including class actions, M&A disputes, securities litigation, corporate governance, real estate disputes, product liability, and multi-district litigation.
