A Denver-based litigation practice is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience for its business litigation group. The role involves managing written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions, attending mediations, participating in court appearances, and assisting at trials. Candidates should have a strong academic record, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. The salary range for this position is $180,000–$240,000, depending on experience and qualifications, with associates eligible for both objective and subjective bonuses.
