Under the supervision of experienced partners, a Denver-based litigation team is looking for an associate with 3+ years of employment litigation experience. The role includes managing cases from start to finish, such as handling pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and mediations. Additionally, the position involves advising clients on employment laws, drafting handbooks, and conducting training. Candidates should demonstrate strong writing and analytical skills, familiarity with employment law, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. A Colorado Bar license and a JD from an ABA-accredited law school are required.
