Kinney Recruiting is working with an international law firm's Denver office to find a mid to senior level associate with e four to eight years of M&A experience to join their esteemed Corporate practice. This role supports a Chambers USA Band 1 ranked team that closed over 100 transactions worth more than $50 billion in 2021. The position emphasizes intensive training, mentorship, and direct client engagement. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in high-volume M&A practices, handling both buy-side and sell-side transactions, and represent both strategic clients and financial sponsors. Additional qualifications include strong academic credentials, drafting expertise, excellent communication skills, and supervisory abilities. Experience in joint ventures, venture capital financings, and minority investments is a plus.
