Kinney Recruiting is working closely with a regional law firm's litigation practice on a search for an experienced attorney to join our Insurance Recovery Group in Roseland, NJ. If you have 8+ years of complex commercial litigation experience, including coverage work, we want to hear from you! Note that this is a policyholder-side insurance coverage practice. You’ll represent policyholders in complex insurance disputes, covering areas like environmental, construction defects, product liability, cyber risks, and D&O liability. Your role will include analyzing insurance policies, assessing coverage, negotiating with insurers, and managing complex multi-jurisdictional litigation.
