ContractWorks
ContractWorks has received top marks from leading software review sites, based largely on customer feedback.
In G2’s Spring 2021 reports, ContractWorks was recognized as one of the best contract management software solutions across the Small Business, Mid Market, Enterprise, and Overall categories, primarily due to high marks for fast implementation and setup, ease of use, and leading customer support.
Additionally, ContractWorks was once again featured as a product leader, with a 97% user satisfaction score, in Crozdesk’s Top 20 Document Management Software list.
ContractWorks also scored a 99 overall, including perfect scores of 100 in both the Ease of Use and Customer Support categories, in Gartner Digital Markets’ Competitive Comparison reports published this month.
NetDocuments
The NetDocuments Partner Program has been selected as part of the CRN, a brand of The Channel Company, Partner Program Guide Five Star list in 2021. In earning this recognition, the NetDocuments Partner Program expanded its ecosystem to include best-in-class service and technology providers receiving the highest customer satisfaction rates as well as leveraging an expansive ISV partner channel focused on providing customers the best NetDocuments user experience.
The Channel Company’s research team analyzed the vendor applications and designated select companies including NetDocuments as 5-Star based on a range of criteria including partner incentives, margins and discounts, partner profitability, pricing, sales leads, marketing support, pre- and post-sales support, training, and education offerings, as well as technical certifications.
Wolters Kluwer
Wolters Kluwer ELM Solutions published its LegalVIEW Insights report — the first of four quarterly reports in 2021 — analyzing emerging legal industry issues using data from its LegalVIEW Data warehouse.
Last year produced the biggest shakeup in the outside legal services market since the Great Recession as 90 percent of corporate legal departments (CLDs) reduced their active provider relationships, and 16 percent of attorney-client relationships that existed in 2019 were paused in 2020, the report found.
The inaugural report, compiled by Nathan Cemenska, Director of Legal Operations and Industry Insights for Wolters Kluwer ELM Solutions, focuses on corporate legal department (CLD) law firm vendor usage.
Due in part to the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic and its effect on the economy, every law firm segment was impacted.
