Kinney Recruiting is working with an AmLaw 50 client on a search for a capital markets and securities associate for the firm's Houston or New York offices. The ideal candidate should have two (2) to six (6) years of equity capital markets experience, including public and private offerings, Exchange Act reporting, public company disclosure obligations, and advising on day-to-day governance matters. Experience representing issuers and underwriters in IPOs and follow-on offerings is helpful. We are interested in speaking with candidates with large law firm experience and strong academic credentials. Admission to the Texas or New York bar is required.
