If you're passionate about tackling complex, high-stakes tax issues in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is the role for you. With 3-5 years of experience in transactional tax law, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting and diverse matters, advising clients on everything from corporate M&A, private equity fund formation, and joint ventures, to cutting-edge real estate deals and capital markets transactions.
