SKADDEN — MEMO — BONUSES
We are pleased to announce our 2024 bonuses. In addition to our discretionary year-end bonus, there will be a special 2024 bonus payment, as indicated in the schedule below. These bonuses will be paid on December 13th.

*Bonuses will be prorated based on start dates and status changes.
