These bonuses are a real knockout.
Boutique law firms are really showing their financial prowess this bonus season, matching Biglaw bonuses (and sometimes even wildly surpassing them) time and again. The latest boutique to announce a Biglaw bonus is Ross Aronstam & Moritz, a Delaware litigation firm founded by lawyers from Wachtell, Weil, and Kellogg Hansen. This small, specialized firm matched Davis Polk’s new salary scale this past summer, and now it’s matching the latest round of bonuses.
